Shipping is included in the listing price. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

Processing & Shipping Times
For pieces 40” and under, please allow 3-5 business days for processing your order, plus approximately 5-10 days for shipping.
For artworks 48” and over, these are shipped in custom crates handmade by my husband to ensure maximum protection. Please allow 11-14 business days for processing, plus extra time for shipping.

Packaging & Care
I take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely. Most pieces are packed in custom heavy-duty boxes. Larger artworks (48” and up) are shipped in handmade wood crates.
I follow professional packaging standards, similar to those required by Saatchi Art, to keep your art protected in transit:
• Acid-free tissue to protect the paint surface
• Foam board backing for added stability
• Bubble wrap and corner protectors
• Sturdy boxes or custom crates built for your piece
All artwork is inspected and photographed before shipment to document its condition. Your art will arrive ready to hang and enjoy.

Insurance
All original artworks are shipped fully insured for their value. In the unlikely event of damage in transit, please contact me immediately with clear photos of both the packaging and the artwork so I can resolve it quickly for you.

Returns & Damages
Due to the nature of original art, all sales are final. However, if your piece arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and artwork. I will work with you to make it right.

At this time, I ship within Canada and North America. If you are outside this region and wish to purchase a piece, please contact me for a custom shipping quote.

• If checking out via PayPal, include your phone number as it is required for shipping labels in case the carrier needs to reach you.
